There are many reasons we hold on to weight. If you have tried and tried and done everything right and not lost the weight, or no matter what you still hate what you see in the mirror, join us. We hope to bring you home to your body. To make you comfortable in your skin. To heal your body dysmorphia. To allow you to live peacefully within your body. And perhaps to lose some weight.

HOW THE RECORDINGS WORK

Each recorded session is a combination of Energetic Fusion and SRT. If you are NOT familiar with Debbie's 1:1 sessions please click on the buttons below to read more about EF and SRT.


Each session is approximately 60-70 minutes in length and covers anywhere from 5 to 10 topics from our list below.


Covering more topics in one session does NOT mean that session is more beneficial or more worth your money then those covering less topics, as some topics may have 10-15 minutes of clearing come up for it and others may only have 5-6 minutes at any given time. Some topics are repeated in multiple sessions if there is more to clear in those said topics. The more we clear the same topic, the less there is left which will cause issues with said topic in your being & life.


We recommend at least 6 sessions total for optimal cumulative benefits.



This is not a quick fix, but it's work that is cumulative and integrates into all facets of your being & life because it creates a ripple effect in anything connected to or tied to topics we work on.

Plus, quick fixes don't work if we want long term change! We've all looked for quick fixes in the past and that has been part of our downfall. Our society loves instant gratification. This work IS cumulative, and while you may notice some subtle changes after a few sessions, this is a 'slow and steady wins the race' principle. This is about clearing your subconscious mind so that whatever changes you do make through action moving forward, happen organically without the frustration, failures and hopelessness. All you have to do is show up to each session, and be present.


ABOUT SYNERGY, AND PROMISES

What if you don't have a weight issue - you just want to feel comfortable in your skin? What happens for you when we are working on things directly related to excess weight? Or what if we are working on sexual trauma, and you don't have any sexual trauma? None of it matters. The topics don't matter. If you resonate with the emotions that come up, they will be cleared in you. Can I promise you that you will lose weight? I cannot promise you that. I am not with you. If you are binging and emotionally eating, you are not going to lose weight but it's OK. Working through this program should create the space for you to stop binging and emotionally eating. What I CAN promise you is that as you work through these emotions and complete these clearings, your life will begin to shift in many ways. The emotions that are related to your weight and body image are also related to other circumstances in your life. This is the synergy about my work that I absolutely love.

Tips on listening to the recordings to ensure maximum benefit:

  • Use headphones and lay on a sofa or bed so you are relaxed
  • Put away all distractions, phone, computer and do it during a time you can be uninterupted for the full 60-70 minutes
  • Only listen to the recording one time, your subconscious CAN get too much of this
  • Do not listen to a recording within 3 days of a 1:1 session with Debbie or another healer
